This compilation includes five episodes in or near the Columbia River Gorge. The first film documents an attempt to hike the length of the gorge from west to east. I stop to dry off at a secret cabin. The next film I backpack and ski near Silver Star Mountain, where true wilderness experiences come close to home. Next a short overnight jaunt up to Observation Peak where five volcanic peaks can be seen.
