This is a really good boxing movie

This is an awesome movie. It is about boxing. Specifically it is about women in boxing. The setting is largely in New York City as a few boxers train and compete in the New York City Golden Gloves tournament. If you like boxing, you will love this movie.

Bland action, boring plot. The predictable finish was that an untalented lady boxer realized she had no place in the ring.

I'm surprised that I watched all of it. It was really dull, as were the real world women featured.

This film makes me want to get out and kick some a$$!!! The women in the film are raw and real and the film maintains a sense of excitement and urgency. The director films the fighters with a sense of respect, tenderness and awe, however the person you will find yourself really cheering for is the director herself. The openness of her fight for life is heartbreakingly real and unaffected.

Girl power at it's finest. These women are fierce

One of the most inspirational documentary ever filmed.. Girl power at it's finest. These women are fierce. Adversity and pain better step back. Nobody puts baby in a corner. :) This is a must watch for anyone who has fought their demons and won.
